Overnight rates at the Inn at Crumpin-Fox are as follows:

Winter Season (December - March):
$88 (Sunday – Thursday)
$99 (Friday – Saturday)

Peak Months (May – October):
$119 (Sunday – Thursday)
$139-$169 (Friday – Saturday)

April, June – September, November:
$99 (Sunday – Thursday)
$119 (Friday – Saturday)

The Inn’s office hours are 8 AM until 10 PM and resident innkeepers are onsite 24 hours. Check-in is guaranteed from 3 PM onward and at non-peak times may be available earlier; check-out is 12 noon.

Reservations may be made online using the sidebar form on this page, emailing innkeeper@crumpinfoxinn.com, or by phone at (413) 648-9131. Reservations require a valid credit card as a guarantee.  The Inn accepts most credit cards both for reservation guarantee and payment.

Rooms will be held for late arrival and a charge made for no-shows unless cancelled by 4 PM on arrival date. Group reservations and those for peak weekends may require earlier cancellation or deposits. A 2-day minimum is observed on key weekend dates such as boarding school graduation and parent weekends.

The rates listed are for King and Queen bedded rooms for 1-2 persons and those for double bedded rooms for 1-2 adults and 2 children 16 or under. An extra charge of $25 per person will be made for additional adult guests in the same room. There is a $25 additional charge for a rollaway bed regardless of the number of guests.

The Inn does not accept pets but will be happy to recommend local boarding kennels for guests traveling with a dog or cat.

The Inn at Crumpin-Fox aims to provide comfortable and restful accommodation for all its patrons and expects guests to conduct themselves with respect for their fellow residents. As a privately owned hostelry, The Inn reserves the right to refuse service to any persons.
